Eau de Parfum Incence OUD is an exclusive edition that is both powerful and hypnotic. This mysterious perfume develops an exceptional aromatic richness. With this creation, we want to offer you an extreme olfactory experience: a Bergamot and Saffron opening that quickly melts into a powerful veil of Incense. It is then consumed in a material rich in Leather, Oud and Vetiver.
We want to compose our scented creations with high quality materials from here and elsewhere. We have selected Oud wood, an exceptional oriental material, symbolic essence of the Orient. This still little known material intrigued us. We have therefore decided to work with it, to wear it, to adopt it, to reinterpret it in a collection dedicated to it, around five eau de parfum: Incense Oud, Rose Oud, Black Oud, Amber Oud and Blossom Oud.
The Oud comes from a rare tree found in Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand…). To protect itself from a parasitic fungus, the tree produces a fragrant resin with rich and multiple facets. This resin is the OUD. For millennia, Oud has been known for its purifying properties. It is considered a divine manifestation, capable of purifying body and mind. It has been, over the ages, adopted by almost all religions: embalming in Egypt, the tree of the Garden of Eden, the Incense offered to the child Jesus, the favorite smell of the Prophet Muhammad… Its smell fascinates with its leathery, woody, spicy, animal notes… a bewitching and refined blend.
This Eau de Parfum is composed of 91% natural ingredients.
We select high quality pure ingredients from the surrounding nature and natural vanilla extracts from Madagascar and Mexico. They are associated with a 100% natural alcohol, guaranteed phthalate-free to obtain compositions with sincere notes that come to life on the skin.
In keeping with tradition, 21 days of maceration are necessary to guarantee a balanced olfactory construction. This work allows the subtle alliance of all the ingredients. Particular care is also given to the glazing and filtration stages which determine the stability and consistency of the compositions over time.
