To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm Pacific time  will be processed the following business day, subject to product availability.  All orders are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing and only purchases that are authorised and approved will be shipped.

Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-6 business days for standard shipping. 

Aura BMG Inc is not responsible for any delay in delivery of any order caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause beyond our reasonable control like transport delays and etc.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your aurabeauty.ca purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging and obtain a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer services team using the form on the Contact Us page of our Website before returning the original products. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return request. Only items purchased from aurabeauty.ca with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

We do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, however there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some damage during transit. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment,  Please notify Customer Service via email at Customer Service.

Refund process

If you have chosen a refund, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the returned product, provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund Aura Beauty with our payment reference number.
