These Terms and Conditions do not apply if you buy same products from any source other than our Website (for example, if you buy Swiss Prestige Cosmetics products from one of our authorized distributors or retailers). The distributors and retailers will have their own terms and conditions that will apply if you buy same products from them.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract for the sale of Products by us to you “Contract”. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our Website.

High quality, mostly Natural, Organic, Paraben free, Silicon free, does not conduct tests on animals and most packaging are Compostable, Degradable, Recyclable & reusable.
The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and presentation of the Products may vary from what shown on images on our Website. All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.
You do not have to register to explore our Website or to buy Products from us however if you do chose to register and create an account with us this will allow you to fully enjoy our Website and enable us making shopping easier for you. By creating an account you can store your debit and credit card information for easier and fast checkout, store and edit your delivery address and billing information.
When you buy Products or register through our Website, you will be required to provide certain information including your name, phone number and email address. You will also be required to provide valid details of a credit or debit card which you are legally entitled to use. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. If we accept your order, we will confirm this to you by sending you an Order Confirmation email. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. We will send you Shipping Confirmation email when the products in your order have been shipped. If we are unable to supply you with a Product that is not in stock or is no longer available, we will inform you by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s), we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
All our prices are without GST(Goods and Service Tax) and PST(Province and
Service Tax). GST and PST will be added to the final amount at the end of billing. The prices of the Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with an Order Confirmation email.
We accept major credit or debit cards like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. By ordering Products from us through our Website you authorise us to perform credit and anti-fraud checks on you and the payment method that you have provided. Your order will be delivered by the estimated delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation, unless there is a reason outside of our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date by any reason, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us therefore please make sure that the delivery details which you provide are accurate as we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to your error.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your aurabeauty.ca purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging and obtain a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer services team using the form on the Contact Us page of our Website before returning the original products. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return request. you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. You are also responsible for taking reasonable care of the Products until they are returned to us. We recommend that you return them to us using a recommended delivery service and that you keep proof of postage. We will be unable to provide you with a full refund if the Products are not returned to us or if they are damaged when they arrive. Only items purchased from aurabeauty.ca with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used. We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

If you have chosen a refund, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within 7 working days of receiving the returned product, provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. This means that the Contract for the purchase of Products through our Website, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by Canadian law.
